
Meditation on Light

- Begin by taking a few deep breaths, breathing in greater love and peace, and exhaling any tensions or worries. With each breath, bring your attention more fully to the present moment.
- Become aware of light and its emergence from the point of light within the Divine Source, the Cosmos. Sense that light, see it, feel its vibration, sense the quickening of your energy and frequencies from its presence.
- Now become aware of that pure light within you, focusing on that light, not what the light may reveal to you.
- Stay within this light, immerse yourself in it, feel its radiance, its upliftment, its presence deep within your being, not in any particular location, but simply omnipresent within you. Recognize this light is the same light as the Divine Source. Stay within this light for several minutes.
- Now sense the light’s effect on your energy chakra system, and where it is most perceptible as an increased frequency, a quickening of your energies. Allow this light to reveal to you where it is most focused within your being.
- Then allow this light to fully radiate through your entire being, sensing which chakra becomes most infused with it, and which chakras are less so.
- See this light radiating gently through all your chakras, clearing, purifying and irradiating them. See your atoms being irradiated, and see the DNA spirals being filled with light, and then returning to their true configuration to allow you full consciousness in all dimensions.
- Now, remembering the truth that “within the light all is light,” focus your attention on the Earth and see if you can perceive, at the very core of the Earth, the light within it. Recognize that this light is the same light found within all forms on all levels, from an atom to solar system.
- End your meditation by seeing everything filled with light. Stay connected to this light as you slowly open your eyes, and again take a few deep breaths, bringing your attention back into the room where you are sitting.
