Spend time in silent meditation, listening to your heart and its wisdom:
- Remember a past experience of unconditional, universal love, and allow the energy and magic of that memory to fill you.
- Visualize a fountain of love within your heart, pouring forth healing waters to nurture and support you.
- Now focus on loving yourself, as you cannot love others if you don’t love yourself.
- Meditate on forgiving yourself and others for any harm they have done you; invoke the fire of forgiveness to burn away the past.
- Send love to everyone in your life whom you appreciate.
- Reflect deeply on the significance and meaning of love: its origin, its expression, its qualities, its goal.
- End by meditating on love as the consciousness of God.
