Meditation on Shifting

The following are some seed thoughts to reflect on in meditation.  Begin with taking a few deep breaths and connect with the deeper Spirit within yourself, as you affirm:

I am shifting to a recognition that I can best seek my own good by seeking the good of all, as this provides the greatest release, freedom and benefit to everyone, including myself.

I am shifting to an understanding of the One Life, within which all humanity lives, and I sustain and love that Life as my own self –for it truly is.

I am shifting from outer gratification to inner unfoldment and growth, to develop my capacities for making a greater contribution to the world.

I am shifting to the cultivation of those values and principles that bring expansion and understanding, so that through my life example, I can radiate the conscious joy of living by them.

I am shifting to a realization that we, as humanity, are part of a teeming, multidimensional field of life, light and consciousness, with many benevolent beings seeking to help us.

I am shifting to an acceptance that humankind is truly all “one kind,” so the kindness I extend to “my kind” can be extended to all equally, regardless of outer distinctions and differences.
